This “dentist” prioritizes profit over patient care. They rushed me to fix a cracked tooth, charging me $11,400 on a questionable plan. They even attempted to obtain my credit information while I waited outside, making it feel like a car dealership. I don’t recommend this place. Thankfully, I found another location that genuinely cared for my needs and prioritized my well-being.

Today was my first experience at Aspen. My husband goes there and highly recommended it so I thought I’d give it a shot. Every interaction was pleasant; from the girl at the front desk to the dental hygienist Mada, to Kayla, who helped in the finance department! The doctor himself came in and went over everything and was very pleasant as well, but I forgot his name! Definitely recommend!

I had such an incredible experience at Aspen Dental today! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming, professional, and genuinely caring. The customer service was absolutely top notch, and the staff made the entire visit smooth and stress free. A very special thank you to the receptionist whose name I believe started with an A she was so kind, helpful, and attentive throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and exceptional service truly stood out and made my day. It’s rare to come across customer service this good, and I really appreciate the effort the whole team put into making me feel comfortable. Highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone looking for a friendly and professional dental office!

Had a wonderful first experience at Aspen Dental in Port St. Lucie! The entire staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. Alyssa was especially helpful, attentive, and made the whole visit feel comfortable and stress-free. You can tell the team truly cares about their patients and providing a positive experience. Definitely happy with our visit and would recommend this office to others!

I had an amazing experience thanks to Toby at Aspen Dental. I came in after breaking my tooth and was honestly really stressed, but Toby made everything so much easier. He was incredibly professional, caring, and patient while helping me understand my options—especially when it came to payments. His attitude was positive and reassuring the entire time, and he truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Because of him, what could have been a very overwhelming visit turned into such a smooth and pleasant experience.
